This program, run in close collaboration with hiring companies, is specifically designed to guide you step-by-step through the process of landing the most competitive opportunities in tech.

Internship Connection Program

The Internship Connection Program (ICP) provides step-by-step, tailored support within an inclusive and diverse community of career coaches, recruiters, and fellow students. We focus on making the application process simple, on establishing a network, and on working with each student to land an internship.

The ICP is designed to support underrepresented students who historically are the least likely to have a paid internship before graduation. This includes students from Black, Latino/a and Indigenous backgrounds. Students who identify as Black, Latino/a and/or Indigenous are strongly encouraged to apply.

Developing your technical skills and guiding you through applications:

Weekly workshops on professional skills topics presented by company sponsors.
Technical skill building and support from a dedicated Technical Career Coach
Key professional development assignments (Resumes, LinkedIn, Elevator Pitches, Impostor Syndrome, Negotiating Salary, and more)

Making direct connections with companies, recruiters and open roles:
