The CodePath Internship Connection Program is a unique program to support technically proficient computer science students to achieve their full potential to succeed as a professional software engineer.

This program, run in close collaboration with hiring companies,  is specifically designed to guide you step-by-step through the process of landing the most competitive opportunities in tech.

Internship Connection Program

The Internship Connection Program (ICP) provides step-by-step, tailored support within a welcoming and supportive community of career coaches, recruiters, and fellow students. We focus on making the application process simple, on establishing a network, and on working with each student to land an internship.

 

Developing your technical skills and guiding you through applications:

  • Weekly workshops on professional skills topics presented by company sponsors.
  • Technical skill building and support from a dedicated Technical Career Coach, including tech interview techniques
  • Key professional development assignments (resumes, LinkedIn, elevator pitches, overcoming impostor syndrome, and more)

Making direct connections with companies, recruiters and open roles:

  • Direct connections to company partners in weekly company connection hour meetings
  • Access to the exclusive ICP Career Fair
  • 100% of 2024 company sponsors report making or planning to make an offer to ICP students
