>>> Main questions

  • What is EES? When is it?

EES, the CodePath Emerging Engineers Summit, is a unique virtual experience with 3 days of inspiring speakers, company-led skills workshops, identity-based discussions and networking.

    EES 2024 will be held October 1st - 3rd.

  • How do I access the Summit? Where is my link?

EES is hosted on it's own platform, AirMeet.

Ticketholders have been sent instructions by email on how to generate their unique access link. Search for the subject line "Your EES Login" from ees@codepath.org

You will use this link to access every session and event at EES.

If you cannot find this email, you can find instructions pinned to the #EES2024 Slack channel.

You can also email ees@codepath.org for support, but please allow plenty of time for a response as we deal with a high number of requests.

  • How can I add EES events to my calendar?

If you have a confirmed ticket, you can add a calendar reminder for all EES events with this link.

(Note, these calendar holds do not provide access to the sessions. Access to EES is via AirMeet. You will be sent an unique access code prior to EES.)

  • How do I see the sessions and companies at EES?

All companies, and a summary of breakout sessions, are listed on the EES Homepage.

You can view timings and more details, as well as add individual sessions to your calendar, by logging into the AirMeet EES Platform (see section below).

  • What is the time commitment to attend EES? I don't have time to attend for 3 days.

There is no required time commitment to attend EES! The Summit will involve many varied sessions, and we encourage you to attend as many that work for your schedule and interests.

At a minimum, we would love every student to take part in 2 breakout sessions and attend the keynote speeches.

  • Can I attend more than one Emerging Engineers Summit?

You can attend the Emerging Engineers Summit any year you are eligible! The event takes place annually in the fall.

  • Will there be 1:1 matching with companies this year?

As part of the 2024 expansion of EES, we have moved the matching process to a separate platform, CareerConnect.

Unlike the former EES Career Fair, CareerConnect is available to CodePath course completers year-round and allows us to serve more students, with fewer restrictions.

All course completers receive information about CareerConnect at the end of their CodePath course.

  • How can I get EES Swag?

Watch out for opportunities to win swag at EES 2024! Participating in sessions, helping and engaging with your peers, or standing out in the chat can all lead to being chosen to win.

You can also buy EES Swag directly! Check out the swag store here.
