Alteryx quickly discovered that its most powerful asset for building brand credibility with potential hires was human-to-human interaction, and saw an opportunity to do so easily and at scale through CodePath’s Virtual Career Fairs.

Over 4,200+ students and alumni who participated in CodePath’s virtual career fairs were actively engaged in career networking with a diverse range of prominent companies. The event also afforded students an opportunity to explore organizations organically beyond the biggest players in the tech industry. Alteryx went from pushing for more hires to becoming a key player in the CodePath recruitment field. 

Throughout our partnership, Alteryx was present at every significant recruiting event, while current employees volunteered to support CodePath students with resumes and technical interview skill development to build genuine, high-impact relationships with our students.

Throughout these real-life engagements, hundreds of students nationwide, many of whom from underrepresented backgrounds, were exposed directly to Alteryx and saw it as a powerful employer brand where they could picture themselves working.
