Alteryx quickly discovered that human-to-human interaction was its most powerful asset for building brand credibility with potential hires. It saw an opportunity to do so easily and at scale through recruiting events like the Emerging Engineers Summit.

The events enabled 4,200+ students and alumni to explore organizations organically beyond the biggest players in the tech industry. Alteryx went from pushing for more hires to becoming a well-known employer destination among the CodePath community. 

Throughout the partnership, Alteryx maintained its presence at all events, while current employees volunteered to support CodePath students with resumes and technical interview skill development to build genuine, high-impact relationships with our students.

Throughout these real-life engagements, hundreds of students nationwide, many of whom were from underserved backgrounds, were exposed directly to Alteryx and saw it as a powerful employer brand where they could picture themselves working for.
